Transpare® is a revolutionary online cleaning product registry helping purchasers differentiate cleaning products based on environmental, safety, and health attributes in a transparent, harmonized and verified platform.

Transpare officially launched May 8, 2013. The first phase of this free online tool is focused on chemical cleaning products. Development is underway to expand Transpare into other major product categories such as powered cleaning equipment and jansan paper. Ultimately, Transpare will address all major commercial cleaning products, including those products for which no third-party ecolabel program exists.

Now purchasers of cleaning products can confidently determine the level to which certain products meet their organizational sustainability goals by using a variety of customizable filters. The site, found at, also offers a library of contextual information on each of the attributes addressed by Transpare to help users understand the impact of each measurement and its value in decision making.

Transpare revolutionizes the way we communicate about commercial cleaning product environmental attributes by creating a harmonized language and metrics that ultimately reduce marketplace confusion.

Use Transpare to communicate about the innovative environmental attributes of your cleaning products based on hard, credible data and harmonized metrics.
