HP Products Acquires Great Lakes & Chemical

January 5, 2010 — HP Products Corp. has completed the acquisition of Great Lakes Supply and Chemical, Michigan City, IN, according to an HP Products press release.

Great Lakes Supply is a regional distributor of janitorial equipment, cleaning supplies, and industrial packaging goods. It serves customers in the 100-mile radius surrounding its northwest Indiana headquarters.

Joe Nelmar, owner and president of Great Lakes Supply and Chemical for the past 20 years, will remain with HP Products as the head of its Calumet division, the release said.

Additional details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
