Sumner, WA-based Service Paper distributes disposable supplies to foodservice and industrial packaging sectors throughout the Pacific Northwest. The acquisition expands Bunzl’s footprint in the Seattle, WA-area. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, reports www.thecleanzine.com.
