November 10, 2011 — Sealed Air Corp. has announced its plans for integration of Diversey, Inc., which it acquired in June, reports www.europeancleaningjournal.com.
Sealed Air will organize itself into three business units. The majority of Diversey's business will be incorporated in Sealed Air’s new institutional and laundry business unit, which will be led by Pedro Chidichimo, Diversey’s current customer solutions president. Sealed Air’s new food and beverage unit will combine its food packaging businesses with Diversey's food and beverage applications. The third division will be Sealed Air’s new protective packaging unit.
