May 16, 2012 — Newell Rubbermaid, Inc., parent company of Rubbermaid Commercial Products (RCP), plans to expand its Rubbermaid consumer business operations in Northeast Ohio.
Rubbermaid will invest US$25 million in its Mogadore, OH, property to expand the facility’s production capabilities, reports www.recordpub.com. The company also will build a new 800,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Brimfield Township, OH. The two projects are expected to bring more than 200 new jobs to the area.
