December 13, 2011 — The World Federation of Building Service Contractors (WFBSC) has secured observer status at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe GHS subcommittee in Geneva, Switzerland.

The UN subcommittee is responsible for formulating the global policy on the regulation of chemical chemicals and products. In its observer status position, the WFBSC will be able to engage the committee and represent the interests of global cleaning employers.
