- Norovirus Outbreak Reported in South Carolina
March 2, 2012 — South Carolina has seen a large increase in reports of norovirus infections, reports WIS-TV Columbia.
Health officials say they've seen more than four times the number of reports of the virus than this time last year. Officials are urging residents to practice proper hand hygiene to reduce the spread of the virus.
