June 8, 2012 — American School & University magazine’s Green Cleaning Award for schools and universities, which was created in conjunction with The Healthy Schools Campaign and the Green Cleaning Network, is now accepting nominations.
The annual award recognizes education institutions for healthy and sustainable approaches to cleaning to protect health without harming the environment. Award criteria are based on guidelines set forth in the second edition of The Healthy Schools Campaign’s Quick and Easy Guide to Green Cleaning in Schools. The competition is open to all education institutions, both public and private.
