ISSA and the Healthy Schools Campaign invite you to participate in the Illinois Green Cleaning Schools Workshop that will prepare you for the tremendous business opportunity presented by the new Illinois Green Cleaning Schools Act. 

The Act requires ALL Illinois Schools (K – 12) to purchase and use green cleaning products effective May 9.

Illinois Green Cleaning Schools Workshops (April 16 - Chicago)

This Workshop, featuring green cleaning leaders from throughout Illinois and the nation, are designed to provide ISSA members with the resources and information that will help drive school business to their doorstep in schools’ search for green cleaning products and services. At this practical and informative Workshop, you will:

• Learn how you can help schools implement the new green cleaning regulations and secure business opportunities at the same time;

• Get expert insight on working with schools, including the practical and financial aspects of school district purchasing; and

• Find out how your business will be affected by the Green Cleaning Schools Act.

Workshop attendees are eligible for Sponsorship Opportunities that will highlight your company as a provider of green cleaning products and services to schools on the GreenCleanIllinois.org website, which will be promoted to all Illinois schools by the Healthy Schools Campaign and the Office of the Illinois Lt. Governor.

The Sponsorship Opportunity is available to members of ISSA for $1,000 (non-members $1,400). Sponsorship fees include complimentary admission for two employees to the Workshop. Note: Sponsors must attend the Workshop.

• April 16, 2008 at the Center for Green Technology in Chicago, IL

• The Workshop will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Registration at 8:00 a.m.)

Workshop Registration Fee:

• $250 per attendee for ISSA members ($350 for non-members)
