Bunzl Purchases Minnesota Distributor

Bunzl plc, parent company of Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies, has acquired Diversified Distribution Systems, LLC.

The acquisition of the Brooklyn Park, MN-based industrial packaging distributor expands Bunzl’s retail supply chain offerings. Financial terms of the transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, were not disclosed, NASDAQ.com reports.
