C&W Services has been named a charter member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Foundation’s Global Workforce Initiative.
As a charter member, C&W Services will assist with funding the IFMA Foundation’s initiative over the next five years. The Global Workplace Initiative’s goal is to take action to fill a growing facilities management talent gap, as more than half of current industry professionals are expected to retire in the next 15 years.
C&W Services is the first organization to commit to being a charter member of the Global Workplace Initiative.
Formed in 1980, the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) is an international association for professional facility managers, supporting more than 19,000 members in 60 countries. To learn more, visit www.ifma.org.
