Dow Chemical Details DowDuPont Board

Dow Chemical Co. and DuPont have announced the members of the board of directors for the proposed merger of the two companies.
The proposed merger, which was announced in December 2015, would create a new company known as DowDuPont. The board would consist of 16 directors—eight current Dow Chemical directors and eight directors from DuPont. The appointments would be effective upon successful completion of the merger.
