Legend Brands Acquires Prochem

Legend Brands has acquired the assets of Kärcher North America Company Inc.’s Prochem division.

Legend Brands’ acquisition expands the company’s offerings of professional carpet and upholstery cleaning and restoration products. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
