More than 200 students at Miami University in Oxford, OH, have been diagnosed with norovirus in the past week.

The school’s custodial staff has increased the cleaning frequency of high-traffic areas and is distributing hand sanitizer and disinfectant to students and faculty to limit the spread of the virus. University officials have also promoted proper hand hygiene protocols in an email sent to the school’s 17,000 students, reports WCPO-TV.
