Office Depot Names Gerry Smith CEO

Office Depot, Inc. has appointed Gerry Smith CEO, effective February 27.

Smith joins Office Depot from Lenovo Group, where he served as chief operating officer and executive vice president. He succeeds Roland Smith, who is retiring after serving as Office Depot’s CEO since November 2013.
