SP Richards Acquires Industrial Automation Distributor

S.P. Richards Co. has acquired in Rochester Hills, MI-based distributor Empire Wire and Supply.

The purchase expands the industrial automation and custom cable offerings of S.P. Richards’ electronic materials division, EIS. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, StreetInsider.com reports.
