Ever heard the expression that everything comes full circle? Well this year at the 2018 ISSA Show North America in Dallas, TX, we have gone the extra mile to ensure that attendees experience a full circle of opportunity. There is so much on the agenda, and we don’t want you to miss one spectacular moment!

First things first: We are so excited to be going to Dallas this year. The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center is a fabulous facility—and one of the largest in the nation, making it the perfect place to host this year’s sure-to-be-amazing show. Our evening events will take place at the Fairmont Dallas Hotel, which is in the heart of the downtown Dallas Arts District. This hotel is surrounded by an array of fine-dining restaurants, shopping, arts, and entertainment venues—another ideal location.

Then there is this year’s phenomenal educational lineup: Let’s take a look at just some of the exceptional speakers we have lined up. (See the full listing of this year’s educational events starting on page 19 of this issue.)

David Goggins. Our education program opens this year on Monday, October 29, with spotlight speaker David Goggins, a former Navy SEAL and Guinness World Record holder. Using his real-life experiences, Goggins will reveal what it takes to ensure a successful mission.

“What do Navy SEALS have in common with the cleaning industry?” Goggins asked. His answer: “A lot!” Goggins will relate address how to adopt a never-quit attitude, banish negative self-talk, and maximize potential.

Neen James. Professional speaker and author James will present Attention Pays: How to Drive Profitability, Productivity and Accountability. She comes highly recommended by several members of the ARCSI Residential Cleaning Council who have heard her speak. Vicki Brown, owner of Harmony Clean, Inc. in Doylestown, PA, said that hearing James speak changed her business. James’ focus is on accountability and how professional cleaning company owners can work this into the framework of their businesses to achieve great success.

Linda Rutherford. What company is better known for their customer service than Southwest Airlines? Southwest Airlines senior vice president and communications officer Airlines. Rutherford is a 25-year veteran of the airlines. She will present Building a Brand From the Inside Out to explain how Southwest was able to create an “employee first” culture—the key to the airlines success—and how you can do the same at your company!

The ISSA Show represents the premier annual event for the cleaning industry and is the ideal opportunity for you to connect with your peers and network. I know you want to grow your business. The first step is maximizing your membership with ARCSI, a division of ISSA, and that begins by attending the ISSA Show.
