1. Date Established and Company Overview

Cleaners of America Corp was a minority owned U.S Corporation found in 1982 by Wilson Osee out of Dallas, Texas and upon his retirement, Cleaners of America Inc. (COA) was incorporated in January 2008 out of Delaware doing business in Memphis, Tennessee by Lydia Osee. The company is now headquartered in Austin, TX, and with the extensive background in the commercial janitorial industry of family owned business, Lydia Osee has taken over the reputation, history, and the culture of Cleaners of America Corp with the new implementation of modern technology, formality, and quality assurance program, as well as the green cleaning program that are commonly required in the modern commercial janitorial industry. Cleaners of America Inc. now has become a predominant entity in the commercial janitorial industry with millions of square feet currently under contract and foot-prints in over 28 states across the nation.

3. Our Goals

At Cleaners of America Inc., our goal is to develop a long-term partnership with our clients. We realized that to build these relationships we must provide professional management and quality supervision to meet our goals in a labor - intensive operation. We also must provide our clients with highly trained employees at a competitive rate. Our employees are guided by a strong corporate support system that provides individual attention to each property we serve. We are committed to providing professional service in an expedient manner. Our productivity is enhanced by our ability to deliver strong moral and effective employees that respond to our clients' needs and requests. To manage and direct our employees, we provide every property with a supervisor that is keenly interested in servicing the property to attain the high standards our clients and their tenants expect.

COA's success is due, in great part, to our employees who consistently uphold the company's standards of excellence. Our employees are recruited through a number of sources and scrupulously screened. The screening process includes personal and professional reference checks and police background checks. Citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States is confirmed. Once accepted for employment, the employee is enrolled in the appropriate courses in COA's raining program.
