Gold Associate Training Partners are the next tier, of organizations who continuously go above and beyond to offer value to customers and empower the frontline professionals.

Requirements of this level:

• Must utilize a current CMI Certified Professional Trainer (C.P.T.) to deliver all training programs or ISSA can provide a trainer for a fee.
• May resell Online Learning Platform or certification courses at ISSA member rate.
• May use their own content (if verified by ISSA through the ISSA Training Standard) or purchase CMI Basic & Advanced Custodial Technician Handbooks & Exams.
• For certification, partner must pass Basic & Advanced Custodial Technician Certification Exams
• Any non-CMI/ISSA course will provide CEC credits toward ISSA renewals/recertifications
• Logo is listed on the ISSA website under Associate Training Partners landing page under Gold Level
• High Visible product placement at events
