FAQ


Q. Can I order online?
A. Yes. You can place your order at www.issa.com/selfserve. You must have a self service account to order.  The username and password may be different from your ISSA.com password.  If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking on New Visitor.

Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Orders will arrive within 5-10 business days provided all items are in stock.

Q. Can I have my order shipped Overnight or Second Day?
A.
 Yes. However, you will need to contact the ISSA Customer Service Dept. via phone at 800-225-4772 to arrange the shipment and ensure the order is received as expected.

Q. Does choosing Overnight Delivery mean my order will arrive tomorrow?
A.
 As long as the order is received by 12 p.m. CST and UPS is able to guarantee delivery to the area, items requested to be shipped overnight will arrive the following business day.

Q. How do I return an item?
A.
 Returns are easy, and for most returns there is no need to contact ISSA. Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any unopened and undamaged items for a full refund except:

    * Software and mailing lists are nonreturnable and nonrefundable items.

Simply complete the Return Authorization Form and send the item(s) to ISSA, 3300 Dundee Road, Northbrook, IL 60062, Attention: Education & Training Department.

Items that are returned more than 10 days after receipt, are in unsellable condition, or are incomplete, cannot be returned.

Q. How do I obtain a refund?
A.
 We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund on your credit card within 30 days of our receiving your return. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.

Q. How much does shipping cost?
A.
 Standard UPS shipping within the United States is US$9.50. Standard UPS shipping to Canada is $14.00. International shipping will be charged on an individual cost basis. Overnight and special shipping will also be charged on an individual cost basis. You must contact the ISSA Customer Service Dept. at 800-225-4772 if you want your order shipped via overnight delivery.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

 We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

Q. Will I be charged sales tax?
A.
 If we are shipping the products within the State of Illinois you will be charged a 10% sales tax. If we are shipping the products outside the State of Illinois you will not be charged sales tax.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A.
 Yes, an order can be canceled or changed up until it is shipped for delivery. Once it is shipped you should follow the guidelines for returning items.
