Jeff Cross

Jeff Cross is the Executive Editor of Cleanfax, the leading media brand for the combined carpet cleaning and disaster restoration industries.

Although his career early in life was in the media as a reporter and photographer for a daily newspaper, he decided at the prompting of a close friend to start his own cleaning and restoration company and then sold it years later to return to journalism and take a position as editor. Cross calls his work with Cleanfax “a perfect fit” as he can relate to the industry because he has “made every single mistake there is with cleaning and restoration” and can help his audience avoid those same mistakes.

In addition to his work with Cleanfax, he is also an IICRC-approved technical trainer for the categories of carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning and color repair.

Cross is the creator of Totally Booked University, which provides cleaning and restoration business owners with marketing solutions for their companies. He is also a partner in the MarketingZoo, a content-generating service for cleaning and restoration websites, social media sites and other marketing platforms.

 

Mark Warner

Mark Warner holds the position of Education Manager for ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute. Warner’s responsibilities with CMI include performing training events, as well as the ongoing development of CMI’s educational offerings including the program’s industry leading Certified Custodial Technician program. He has been involved in the cleaning industry for over 30 years and is a past member of the ISSA Board of Directors, holding the post of distributor director. Warner has also served as Division Chair for the IICRC's Hard Surface Division, President of the Low Moisture Carpet Cleaners Association (LMCCA) and Vice President of The League of Hard Flooring Professionals. In addition, he has been an ISSA CIMS Certified Expert since the program’s inception.

 

Jonathan Adkins

Jonathan Adkins is the Director of Business Intelligence (BI) at ISSA, The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. In this role, Jon manages the association’s data analytics and research initiatives, which includes collaboration with association members and internal business stakeholders alike to deliver relevant analysis and insights and empower data-driven decision-making.

During his 10-year tenure at ISSA, Jon has managed within the marketing and media functions, and was tapped to lead the BI business unit in 2018. Jon has presented at a variety of cleaning-industry events, including ISSA Show North America, the BSCAI Annual Convention, and distributor and wholesaler functions. He has an MBA from Butler University.

 

Randy MacLean

Randy MacLean is the founder of WayPoint Analytics, the inventor of Quantum Costing, and the creator of the WayPoint system. His company provides analytical and advisory services to companies that have become profit-leaders in distribution.

An expert on profit-driving best practices and with a broad range of analytics-driven solutions to difficult profit challenges, Randy speaks, writes and advises executive teams across North America.
