Selling today is very different from 10 years ago. Your buyers have access to more information and more people are involved in the decision. Designing processes, managing business risks are just some of the buyers’ key priorities, while their expectations of the seller are significantly higher.
To be successful, sales managers have to possess a set of skills that can help differentiate them from the competition.
This two-day workshop will enable you to acquire solid selling skills, and increase your confidence in dealing with the most demanding of buyers: Introducing popular concepts, you will be taken through essential selling techniques, in a structured and proven way that will empower you to make instant changes to your working practices and achieve sustained improvements in performance.
Whether you are selling products or services in the cleaning industry, are experienced or new to selling, this workshop will either reinforce your existing skillset or help to develop a structured approach to dealing with both existing and new clients.

More than 50% of the two days will focus on practicing the sales skills covered during the training. It is intense, and at the same time, enjoyable. Participants will both give and receive feedback from fellow delegates and the trainer. At the end of the workshop participants will develop a personal development plan which will be based on their performance during the training. This will help them continue to enhance their selling skills after the training.

The course will be delivered by Richard Napier, a consultant in the areas of Client Relationship Management, Sales, Performance Management, Sales and Executive Coaching, Negotiating and Advanced Presentation Skills Training. He also acts as an Associate Consultant for Richardson and Symmetrics Group. Richard Napier is certified in Solution Selling from SPI University.
