Judy Gillies, I.C.E., C.M.A., is founder and president of The Surge Group Inc. As an ISSA Certification Expert  (I.C.E.), Gillies provides her expertise in leading cleaning organizations through Cleaning Industry Management Standard   (CIMS) and CIMS-Green Building (GB) certification.

Keeler and Gillies, along with Lance Witschen, are co-authors of Behind the Broom: A Manager’s Guide to a Professional Cleaning Organization.
