Bill Balek, ISSA’s director of environmental services, has more than 25 years of experience working with laws and regulations that directly impact the cleaning industry. His expertise includes the areas of occupational safety as well as health and hazard communication. Balek has conducted and organized numerous regulatory seminars on these subjects, while also serving as an advocate for the industry on many of these same issues before state and federal governments.
