3M Elects 2020 Board
May 12, 20203M shareholders recently elected 11 directors to the company’s board during its annual meeting, which took place virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 11 directors will each serve one-year terms that expire at 3M’s 2021 annual meeting. 3M’s new directors include:
- Thomas “Tony” K. Brown, retired group vice president of global purchasing, Ford Motor Co.
- Pamela J. Craig, retired chief financial officer, Accenture plc
- David B. Dillon, retired chairman of the board and CEO, The Kroger Co.
- Michael L. Eskew, retired chairman of the board and CEO, United Parcel Service Inc.
- Herbert L. Henkel, retired chairman of the board and CEO, Ingersoll-Rand plc
- Amy E. Hood, executive vice president and chief financial officer, Microsoft Corp.
- Muhtar Kent, retired chairman of the board and CEO, The Coca-Cola Co.
- Dambisa F. Moyo, founder and CEO, Mildstorm LLC
- Gregory R. Page, retired chairman of the board and CEO, Cargill
- Michael F. Roman, chairman of the board and CEO, 3M
- Patricia A. Woertz, retired chairman of the board and CEO, Archer-Daniels-Midland Co.
