3M Honored for Promoting Diversity in the Workplace

3M has received the 2017 Catalyst Award.
First presented in 1987, the annual Catalyst Award honors organizations for their recruitment, development, and advancement of women in workplaces across the globe. 3M was recognized for its leadership programs, flexible culture, and expanded parental leave benefits.
Women account for 23 percent of 3M’s director-level positions.
