4M Purchases Heritage Healthcare

4M Building Solutions has acquired Cranston, R.I.-based Heritage Healthcare Services Inc.
Per the terms of the acquisition, Heritage will retain its name and operate as a business unit of 4M. Heritage CEO Brain Hainse will oversee operations as executive vice president and Heritage’s 375 employees will join 4M’s staff. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
