ABM Acquires British Specialty Cleaning Firm

ABM’s U.K. business and industry division has acquired data center service provider 8 Solutions.
ABM’s purchase of the Stevenage, England-based 8 Solutions expands the company’s technical cleaning and server room maintenance offerings. Per the terms of the acquisition, 8 Solutions operate under its new name, ABM Critical Solutions, Facilities Management Journal reports.
