ABM Signs Deal With Alabama School District

ABM Facility Services has secured an energy performance contract with the Guntersville City School District in Guntersville, AL.
The contract calls for ABM to upgrade five school district facilities with new HVAC and water control systems and an energy-efficient refrigeration program by May 2019. Based on current energy prices, the upgrades are expected to reduce the facilities’ energy consumption and save the school district more than US$9.3 million in energy and operating costs during the next 15 years. Financial details of the deal were not announced.
