ABM to Help Georgia County Cut Energy Costs

ABM has secured a contract with Turner County, GA, to implement energy and facility improvement projects in several county buildings.
The contract calls for ABM to upgrade six county facilities with energy-efficient HVAC systems, LED lighting, upgraded security and fiber optic communication lines, and water conservation enhancements.
Based on current energy prices, the deal is expected to reduce the county’s energy consumption and save Turner County more than US$7.2 million in energy and operating costs during the next 15 years. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
