ACI Announces Latest Staff Appointments

June 5, 2023

The American Cleaning Institute (ACI) has appointed Jamie Logan manager of state government affairs and promoted Ryan Heisler to senior manager of environmental and scientific affairs.

Logan joins ACI from the National Emergency Management Association (NEMA), where he was a policy analyst. In his new position, he will be responsible for engaging and helping to further build on ACI’s leadership on legislative and regulatory priorities in the states.

“Jamie’s expertise will play an integral role in ACI’s state government affairs space,” said Douglas Troutman, ACI general counsel, corporate secretary, and senior vice president of government affairs. “We are excited to have him join the team and look forward to the work he will do for industry.”

Heisler has been with ACI since 2020, previously serving as manager of environmental and scientific affairs. In his elevated role, he will manage scientific research and outreach on the environmental effects of cleaning products and their ingredients.

“This promotion recognizes the great work Ryan does, not only for ACI, but for the cleaning products industry as a whole,” said Kathleen Stanton, ACI associate vice president of technical and international affairs. “We are grateful to have an on-staff expert like Ryan as part of ACI.”
