ACS Industries Acquires ETC of Henderson

ACS Industries’ purchase follows a recent fire that severely damaged ETC of Henderson’s production facility in Henderson, NC. Per the terms of the deal, ETC of Henderson customer support and sales staff will be maintained to ensure a smooth transition.
