Andersen Co. Merges With Mountville Mills
May 25, 2018The Andersen Co. has agreed to a merger with Mountville Mills, Inc.
The newly formed company will be known as M + A Matting. All employees from both organizations will be retained. The merger is set to be effective July 1.
