APEX Surface Care Merges With Square Care

APEX Surface Care has announced its merger with Square Care Inc.

Per the terms of the agreement, Square Care will operate as a segment of APEX and will be known as Square Care, an APEX Surface Care Company. Jay Natale, a 25-year veteran of Square Care, will serve as president of the newly formed division. The merger expands APEX’s offerings of data center and critical space cleaning.
