Aramark Acquires UK Foodservice Company

Aramark has acquired foodservice company Wilson Vale, an independent caterer operating in the United Kingdom. Wilson Vale will join the Aramark UK business as part of its Northern Europe operations, with a focus on servicing premium business and industry clients as well as independent schools.

Wilson Vale will operate as an autonomous brand within Aramark’s expanding U.K. portfolio. It will retain its existing leadership team, employees, clients, suppliers, and customers.
