October 4, 2021 Aramark Appoints DEI VP

Aramark has appointed Fenimore Fisher vice president of diversity, inclusion, and equality (DEI).

Fisher joins Aramark from international law firm DLA Piper, where he served as chief diversity and inclusion officer. Prior to his time with DLA Piper, Fisher was the vice provost and chief diversity officer at Johns Hopkins University. He also is a current advisory board member of the National Multicultural Women’s Conference, an affiliate of Seramount (formerly Working Mother Media).

“As we continue to strengthen our efforts to have positive impact on People and Planet, our DEI strategy will be a key enabler of the work and a major component of our success,” said Ash Hanson, Aramark chief diversity and sustainability officer. “People are at the center of everything we do, so we are excited to have Fenimore onboard, to continue elevating Aramark’s DEI strategy and working to expand the impact it has on our teams, clients and communities.”
