Aramark CEO Announces Retirement

Eric Foss, president and CEO of Aramark, has announced his retirement.

Foss will remain with the company in an advisory position until October 2. He was named CEO and president in 2012 and was elected chairman of Aramark’s board in 2015.

Aramark has named Stephen Sadove nonexecutive chairman of its board of directors. The company’s board has established an Office of the Chairman, whose members will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations until Foss’s successor is established.
