Aramark has been named the 2020 presenting sponsor of the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council Inc.’s (ChicagoMSDC) Progress, Insight, and Performance Education (PIPE) Program.

ChicagoMSDC’s PIPE Program is a business management program designed to provide participants from minority-owned companies with the skills and knowledge needed to optimize their business. The eight-week program covers such topics as strategic planning, business ethics, and supply-chain management.

“Our goal is to provide access to opportunities—opportunities for our employees, consumers, communities, and people in our supply chain,” said Natily Santos, Aramark vice president of specialty supply chain. “By sponsoring ChicagoMSDC, we are giving diverse businesses, especially African American-owned businesses in the Chicago area, an opportunity to learn the skills and knowledge needed to optimize and grow their business.
