Aramsco Acquires Horny Toad Tools

Aramsco has acquired Horny Toad Tools Inc.

Aramsco’s purchase of the Dallas, Tex.-based supplier expands the company’s offerings of diamond tooling and stone-working equipment. The deal also includes Horny Toad Tools’ Lenexa, Kan. location. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
