Avision Announces Two Acquisitions
January 25, 2022Avision Sales Group announced that it has completed the merger/acquisition of two companies—OneSolution and J.J. Shearer Co.—in separate transactions.
In addition to the acquisitions, Avison has announced the formation of Forward Solutions, which will serve as the umbrella brand for go-to-market brands. Minneapolis-based J.J. Shearer, a provider of outsourced sales and marketing services, will fold into the Avision brand within Forward Solutions. OneSolution, headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, will represent a new, stand-alone go-to-market brand within Forward Solutions. Financial terms of the purchases were not disclosed
