Brady Acquires Topmost Chemical

Brady has purchased Topmost Chemical & Paper Corp.

Brady’s acquisition of the Memphis, Tennessee-based distributor of paper goods and janitorial supplies expands the company’s client portfolio and product offerings. Per the terms of the purchase, Topmost’s owner, Lynn Proffer, along with the company’s tenured staff and sales team will stay on to ensure a smooth transition. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
