Brady Merges With IFS

Brady has agreed to a merger with Individual FoodService (IFS), a portfolio company of Kelso & Co.

The combined organization will create one of the larger distributors of jansan products and foodservice disposables, with a combined 38 facilities nationwide. The transaction will be supported with additional equity funding from existing IFS shareholders, led by Kelso. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
