Brady Purchases Mission Janitorial

Brady has acquired Mission Janitorial & Abrasive Supplies.
Brady’s purchase of the San Diego-based distributor of janitorial supplies expands the company’s client portfolio in Southern California. Per the terms of the acquisition, Mission Janitorial’s owners, Kevin and Greg Carlson, will stay on with the company to ensure a smooth transition. Kevin will oversee the San Diego and Bishop, California branches of Mission Janitorial while Greg will lead the abrasives segment. Financial details of the transaction were not announced.
