Brightwell Dispensers Purchases CT Dispensing Systems

Brightwell Dispensers Ltd. has acquired CT Dispensing Systems.

The purchase further expands Brightwell’s European customer base and product offerings, European Cleaning Journal Reports. Per the terms of the acquisition, CT Dispensing Systems will continue to operate under its own brand name and will retain its current management team. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

“CT Dispensing Systems has been an important strategic partner for Brightwell Dispensers for many years and I’m pleased they are now part of the Brightwell Dispensers Group. The acquisition will strengthen our European reach and market position,” said Nathan Palmer, Brightwell managing director.
