Bunzl Acquires Two Firms

Bunzl Plc, parent company of Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies, has expanded its global footprint through recent acquisitions of companies in Australia and Brazil.

Bunzl has acquired Australia-based laboratory equipment supplier Interpath Services Pty Ltd. In a separate deal, Bunzl also has purchased Talge, a Brazilian supplier of food service products, OPI reports.
