Bunzl Buys British Distributor
March 9, 2020Bunzl Plc, parent company of Bunzl Processor Division, has acquired Bodyguard Workwear Ltd.
Bunzl’s purchase of the Birmingham, England-based distributor increases the company’s offerings of safety workwear and other personal protection equipment, specifically in the railway sector. Financial terms of the transaction were not announced, OPI reports.
