Bunzl Purchases Two Distributors
February 24, 2020Bunzl Plc, parent company of Bunzl Processor Division, has expanded its global footprint through recent acquisitions of companies in Denmark and Brazil.
Bunzl has acquired São Paulo, Brazil-based pharmaceutical and health care equipment supplier Medcorp. In a separate deal, Bunzl also has purchased ICM A/S, a personal protection equipment distributor based in Denmark, MarketWatch reports.
