Bunzyl Acquires Food-Service Distributor CM Supply

Bunzl Plc, parent company of Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies, has purchased Danish food-service distributor CM Supply for an undisclosed sum, Reuters reports.

Bunzl expects its 2018 full-year revenue to rise 8 to 9 percent due to its growing North American clientele and a series of acquisitions. Bunzl confirmed it will also purchase Volk do Brasil, a wholesale distributor of vinyl and latex gloves with annual revenues of US$52 million. The deal has recently been cleared by Brazilian authorities.
