CarrollCLEAN Purchases Tomco-Harwel Industries

CarrollCLEAN has acquired Tomco-Harwel Industries Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

CarrolCLEAN’s purchase of the Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Tomco-Harwel includes its Summit Brands product line. Per the terms of the deal, Tracy Crow, president of Tomco-Harwel, will join CarrollCLEAN. 

“We have a lot of work to do integrating the company’s cultures and operations. Tracy will be a key addition to the CarrollCLEAN Team to elevate the customer experience and continue to support and grow the Tomco-Harwel and CarrollCLEAN customers,” said Peter Zehr, CEO of CarrollCLEAN.
