CBRE Purchases Spanish Facilities Management Firm
March 2, 2020CBRE has acquired S.A. De Electrificaciones Y Suministros (SADES).
The deal calls for Barcelona, Spain-based SADES to operate as part of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business. The purchase expands CBRE’s product offerings in Spain, Facilities Management Journal reports. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“SADES has an excellent reputation in the Spanish market and provides us with a strong platform to expand our existing technical capabilities in Spain and across Europe,” said Vicente Redondo, managing director of CBRE GWS Spain & Portugal.
